Our policy is to conduct an initial interview of approximately twenty minutes. We prepare your initial set of documents and return them to you with instructions. If you want us to deliver them to the court or arrange for service, additional fees will be applied. If you want us to coach you through the procedural aspects of your case, on the phone or by email, the charge is $85.00 per hour.It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information. If you do not provide it within a reasonable time, it could delay completion of the work. If you provide us different information at a later date than originally provided and you want us to change the paperwork already completed, you will be charged an editing fee equal to our hourly rate of $85.00 per hour. By signing the agreement, you are agreeing to this.All communication is encouraged for clarity. Beyond a brief call or email, the hourly rate will be charged and you will be reminded, if the occasion occurs.
